Aberbeeg Nursery
A warm, welcoming setting with bright playrooms, an outdoor learning area and a dedicated baby room. We offer Flying Start funded places and full-day and half-day sessions for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
Tredegar Nursery
A friendly, community-focused nursery with home-from-home rooms, outdoor play zones and a caring, experienced staff team. Open 8am–6pm with meals, snacks and daily updates included.
Newbridge Nursery
Our newest setting in the Eden family, With flying start and wrap around care. With a big outdoor area Newbdridge is perfect for families outside Blaenau Gwent and in the larger Caerphilly area.

Exciting News for Blaenau Gwent Families
12.5 Hours of Funded Childcare at Eden Nursery!
Wonderful news for parents across Blaenau Gwent: the Welsh Government’s expanded Flying Start programme is officially rolling out across the entire borough!
Starting September 2026, every child aged two on or before 31st August 2026 is eligible for 12.5 hours of fully funded childcare per week (2.5 hours a day, up to 5 days a week for 39 weeks of the year).
Whether your child attends an English-medium or Welsh-medium setting, this initiative is designed to give little ones the best possible start in life while easing the financial pressure on local families.

A gentle, soothing space with sensory play, music, stories and lots of cwtches. We follow each baby’s routine, providing comfort, bonding and early exploration.
Toddlers (18–36 months)
Hands-on learning with messy play, outdoor time, language development, social skills and independent play. Toddlers are encouraged to explore, communicate and make choices on their own.
Pre-School (3–5 years)
School-ready learning through fun, play-based activities. Early maths and phonics, problem solving, creative projects, outdoor exploration and confidence-building.
